At Norcentral we strive to provide an academic institution of which the the football players can be proud. We also recognize the necessity of providing our players some sort of education and training in order to be allowed to field a Division 1 college football team.
The R. G. Goldberg Academy was established in 1921 to provide leadership in the field of overly complicated mechanical processes. Research at The Goldberg Academy led to startling breakthroughs during the 1930s including the automatic back scratcher and the automatic bowling pin resetter.
The Goldberg Academy sponsors the W. Heath Robinson Medal awarded annually for contributions to the art.
The Billie S Estes School of Business Ethics was established in 1971 by a grant of $200,000 from Ms. Estes as a result of a consent decree with the U. S. Department of the Treasury.
Here our football players learn from the experts how business and professional ethics can be maneuvered and manipulated to suit one’s personal goals. These are necessary skills for players left undrafted by the NFL upon graduation from Norcentral.
Today’s search for greener technologies will be the subject of debate for many years to come. As this debate goes on, The Maurits Escher Centre for Perpetual Motion leads the way in developing more efficient ways of using the energy sources currently available. At the Escher Centre our football players, led by the most prominent professors in the field, investigate methods of repealing the laws of thermodynamics.
Mankind has always searched for the easy way out, getting something for nothing, turning ordinary elements into gold. That’s exactly what we are searching for at The Boyle School of Chrysopoeial Engineering. The Boyle School continues to lead the way in research and development of the art. The Boyle School also conducts studies in Pathological science.
All great institutions of higher learning have a great library. While we are not exactly a great institution of higher learning we do have the Ted S Geisel Library. The Geisel Library is a large building with a lot of books in it.
Geisel Library also contains film and video of every game ever played in college football. This provides a gold mine of knowledge for the coaches and players of Norcentral.
